Happy hips!!! Activate your pelvic floor and loosen those hips with basic steps and hip movements from the Caribbean Carnival tradition.

Chantal combines the energy of Carnival with technique basics and conditioning to form an effective and joy-filled total body workout.
12:30 - 14:30 Carnival Choreography (29€)
In this workshop, we will start with the basics focusing on aesthetics and role playing. The result will be a group choreography to experience the soul of Caribbean Carnival.
BOTH WORKSHOPS ARE OPEN TO ALL LEVELS!
Please bring dancewear or sportswear.

Experience the power of the Caribbean! Chantal is a Canadian-Caribbean artist who trains with the NuDancE Performance Institute in Toronto, Canada. The workshop will begin with technique training, incorporating elements from Horton, Dunham and Afeeree techniques. Then we'll learn an original choreography combining traditional and modern movements with a lot of style of thanks to flowing skirt accents! (Skirts will be provided)
